Specifications:

 • Nitrogen wiping is suitable for zinc thickness >80 g/m²

 • Separate Nitrogen nozzle is for each steel wire, circula wiping

 • Fractional nozzle designed, can achieve continuous concentric zinc coat, operation is convenient

• Nitrogen flow is separately controlled, equipped with flow meter and flow adjusting valve, visial and adjust

  conveniently

 • The zinc thickess is adjusted by changing the Nitrogen pressure, flow and wire running speed

 • Suitable for middle and high speed

• The speed for each wire can be different, to get differnt required zinc thickness
