Specifications:

 • Inside furnace fire is directly heaing the steel wire with countercurrent, furnace design structure is suitable for "Bridge type" heating process

• Patend hold, combustion method: pre-mixed burning, accurately control the mixed ratio of air and gas, reduce steel wire oxidation and control decarburization

• Nozzel with high speed convection is placed at side, resonablely organize the temterature and stmosphare inside the funrace, to make sure the heating quality is steel wire uniformly and stablely

• Use new and high efficient heat insulation material, little heat loss
