Wiped film Molecular Distillation / Short Path Distillation is a comparatively new separation technology. It can separate liquid-liquid mixture under temperature that is far lower than a boiling point by the difference of mean free path of molecules under high vacuum conditions. Such separation is difficult or unable to achieve normal distillation equipment. Molecular Distillation is especially suitable to separate substances of high boiling point, heat-sensitive, and easy to be oxidized.
MDS-2 stages clove oil extraction machine, made by high quality 316L stainless steel, durable and corrosive-resistant, with excellent thermal conductivity for high processing rates.
Widely applied for creating a high-value clear distillate from plant oil concentrates, such as refine hemp concentrates into a golden clear distillate that can be infused into a variety of edible products or fine oils to be used in vape cartridges or other products.
