1.What's your payment terms ?
Our payment terms is T/T: 30% deposit before production and 70%balance before shipment.
2.How long can we get the goods? (what's the delivery time/what's the lead time/what's the ship date?)
The bulk production time needs about 35-55 days. The exact ship date just can be updated after getting deposit.
3.What's the MOQ for bulk?
Our MOQ is 100 pcs per style per color with 4-5 sizes mixed, but one size cannot less than 20pcs.
4.Did you send out the goods?
Yes, we have arranged the shipment for the bulk and the DHL /TNT/UPS/FEDEX tracking numbers .
5.Can the sample fees refundable ?
Yes, if your bulk order quantity can meet our MOQ 100 pcs per style per color with 4-5 sizes mixed, then we can refund the sample cost for you.
