Hot melt adhesives are mainly used for food boxes, tissue boxes, cigarette boxes, and corrugate cartons. We may offer adhesives for different application methods (automatic or manual). Upon requests, we provide adhesives having different open time, bonding performances, heat resistance and cold resistance.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Applied to paper bonding with UV paper, PET paper, BOPP paper, varnished paper for board-book making, boxes making and paper bag making.

APPLICATION METHOD

  1.It can be used on high-speed and medium-speed bookbinding flow-line and non flow-line machine.
  2.Recommended operation temperature: 150-180°C (Don't exceed 180°C).
  3.The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Should not be mixed with any other type of adhesives.
2. The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted.
3. If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,the glue temperature should be tuned down.

SAFETY      
1.Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot.   
2.Keep plant ventilative and forbid any fire.      
3.Consult MSDS and read"cautions" before used

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS
 

1. Shall be stored in indoor, cool and dry place,Keep containers closed.
2.  Storage temperature should not exceed 40°C.
3. 2 years (sealed)
