Cable spare parts are manufactured according to your required specifications and dimension, drawings are needed.
To order the related compensator, related parameters and dimensions of transformer secondary line and the short net bus is required.
Water cooled cable connects short net bus bar and the conductive copper clamp, it's the special cable that water cooled inside and used for high current heating equipment. Normally, it has three parts like conductor, braided copper and insulated rubber hose.
Regular water cooled cable is welded by copper pipes or copper sheets, the connection to the equipment is not precise. Copper wire is braided, the bending radius is big. The outer sheath uses ordinary rubber hose with low pressure resistance. The sleeve and electrode fastened with ordinary clamp, not well sealed and easy to leak.
High quality water cooled cable is turned and milled with the whole copper rod. The surface is passivated or tinned. It is braided with high quality copper wire by CNC winding machine, more flexible, small bending radius. The outer sheath uses synthetic rubber hose with reinforced cloth layer, high pressure resistance. The sleeve and electrode fastened with non-conductive magnetic clamp that is made of stainless steel by professional tools , well sealed and not easy to leak.
