This product belongs to laser welding equipment, involving the assembly and use of laser products. It is applicable to the basic safety standards for hand-held, movable and fixed electrical equipment with AC rated voltage of 110V ~ 220V, indoor and outdoor use.

1.1 Welding safety

This product belongs to laser welding equipment, and shall comply with the safety protection standards of welding equipment.
1.Special hot work area shall be divided.
2.Inflammable and explosive articles shall not be placed around the equipment to avoid potential safety hazards.
3.Operators shall pay attention to avoid high temperature injury caused by welding.
 

1.2 Laser safety
1. The laser matched with this product emits laser radiation with a wavelength of 1080 nm or around 1080 nm during operation, which is invisible light. The classification of the laser shall be subject to the laser manufacturer.
2.High-power laser should not be treated as a common light source, and it should be avoided that the light outlet of the laser welding head directly shoots at people or flammable and explosive materials.
3.Direct or indirect exposure to such light intensity may cause damage to eyes and skin. Although this beam is not visible, it can cause irreversible damage to the retina or cornea of the eye. When the laser is running, the relevant personnel should wear the laser protective glasses of the corresponding band in accordance with the standard.
4.High-power laser will electrolyze the gas and produce ionizing radiation, so relevant personnel should pay attention to protection.
