Our super soft texture branded elastic band has the following features:

Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the jacquard branded elastic band.

Winding the pre dyed nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming jacquard elastic band.

Weaving the greige of the jacquard branded elastic band using predyed polyamide yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished jacquard elastic band.

Setting and ironing the greige of custom logo or pattern branded elastic webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine.

Inspecting the jacquard woven elastic by narrow fabric folding machine, then festooned the inspected elastic band into layered bale wrapped with waterproof bag.

Load the bale of jacquard branded elastic band into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
