Application:
With the high intensity background field ,we can separate the weakly magnetic particles from ores, it can be used to separate the nonmetallic minerals such as the kaolin and to treat sewage etc.Working principle diagram:
Features:
1) High intensity magnetic field ,the magnetic separator uses the Nb-Ti superconducting material to be the coil .The central magnetic intensity can reach 5.5T.
2) Big magnetic force .
3) Nonvolatile liquid helium.
4) Low power consumption
5) The magnet has a long service life(above 20 years)
6) The two canisters work alternately for separation and discharge ,it can work continually.
7) Use the high temperature superconducting current lead, reducing heat loss
8) Full computer control , parameter read-time data acquisition ,it is good for production control and quality control.
