A: For goods in stock, there is no MOQ. However, considering the high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn material (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) you request.
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?

3.How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that meticulously inspect every order before delivery.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, of course. Samples of our standard products are available for free, but the delivery cost must be covered by you. For custom carpet samples, there is an additional sampling cost plus shipping (refer to No.14-14 for details on Custom Request before quotation).
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly. We recommend sending us your detailed customization requirements for the logo.
6.What are your payment terms?
You can make the payment via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other terms are available upon request.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for goods in stock, it takes 3-4 days after receiving the 30% deposit. For customized orders, it takes 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the quantity.
8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay the deposit?
We provide trade assurance, enabling you to place your order with confidence.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port unless another port is requested.
