Cobalt 99.98% Electrolytic Cobalt Metal Sheet
Cobalt is a shiny steel-gray metal, relatively hard and brittle, with ferromagnetism, which disappears when heated to 1150ºC. The valence of cobalt is 2 and 3. It does not interact with water at room temperature and is stable in humid air. When heated to above 300 ºC in the air, it oxidizes to form CoO, and burns into Co3O4 when it is white hot. The fine metal cobalt powder made by the hydrogen reduction method can spontaneously in the air to form cobalt oxide. Product application Metal cobalt is mainly used for the preparation of alloys.
