Supper PP Saddle Ring Plastic

Supper PP Saddle Ring Plastic is also called super saddle ring, plastic super intalox saddle. Its shape is similar to the saddle. This product is improved on the basis of plastic intalox saddle. It changes the latter's smooth edge into corrugated edge. This design enlarges the voids among the random packings and improves the gas-liquid distribution in the packed layers. Besides, plastic super intalox saddle adds many small openings on its arc-shaped surface. This not only promotes the inside and outside air circulation but also increases the free passages of the fluid.

Compared with plastic raschig ring, plastic super saddle ring has Supper PP Saddle Ring Plastic higher strength and better mass transfer performance. It has longer liquid hold-up and residence time than the plastic intalox saddle. Therefore, plastic super saddle ring has better separation effect and higher mass transfer efficiency. The plastic rectangular saddle ring is an improvement on the arc-shaped saddle ring. Its main difference lies in changing a pair of curved surfaces to rectangular surfaces, and the inner and outer curvature radii are different, thereby avoiding the disadvantage of easy stacking, making the bed porosity uniform, and improving the liquid distribution performance. The liquid distribution performance of plastic rectangular saddle rings is higher than that of Lacy rings or arc saddle rings in terms of flooding point, pressure drop, and mass transfer unit height.
