Item: Polypropylene Wax ( PP Wax )
Application:
1.For high viscosity polypropylene filament processing, PP wax can improve MI value, increase lubricity and liquidity, reduce the flat wire break and enhance surface finishing.
2.PP wax can be used as release agent in polypropylene resin blends. It can improve the liquidity of blends to make the material dissolvable.
3.PP wax can be used in toner. It can increase the melting point and durable of toner Meanwhile, it can prevent reprint bond.
4.For LDPE, HDPE extrusion processing,
PP wax can reduce host current by 10-20%, increase the extrusion rate and enhance work efficiency. Especially for LLDPE film blown process, PP wax can improve the appearance and transparency of film, Eliminate shark skin phenomenon.
5.PP wax can be used as lubricant and dispersant in spinning master batch. It is especially suitable for propylene master batch, dacron master batch and nylon spinning master batch.
