This grader sort fruits and vegetables on weight basis. It is computer controlled, high precision, widely used for different fresh produce like sweet potato, potato, mango, dragon fruit, apple, pear, peaches, citrus, avocado, etc.
Quantity of grades can be customized.
Other functions for choose to make a complete line:
1. Bubble washer&elevator:
As first washing, most of the impurities on the surface of the fruit will be detached in this process, and the buoyancy of the water greatly reduces the risk of damage to the fruit. At the same time, users can add preservatives in the water according to their needs. You can customize the pool size to suit your working habits
2. Brushes& high pressure water spray cleaning
Washing system consist of:
Nine rows water jets.
Water pump
Water pipe
Nylon brushes
Water consumption: 4 m³/hour

There is water collecting system under brushes.
3. Blowers&nylon brushes polishing
40 pcs brushes are installed bellow the air dryers. Fruits can get dry fast after the brushes and dryers.
