Product Description
The synthetic plant esters produced by our company have been recognized by some large polyurethane enterprises in China. Adding them to polyurethane can increase the toughness, tensile strength, wear resistance, and tensile strength of polyurethane products. Synthetic plant esters do not participate in the reaction of polyurethane raw materials, but only act as fillers and softeners, and can increase the physical properties of the product.
At present, vegetable oil polyols have been successfully applied in polyurethane sole stock solution, polyurethane two-component waterproof coating, polyurethane adhesive, polyurethane artificial leather, polyurethane track and other products, reducing the production cost of polyurethane customers while ensuring quality.
Synthetic plant esters can improve several properties of the following products:
Polyurethane sole liquid: 1. Demoulding performance 2. Flowability 3. Skin smoothness 4. Cohesion 5. Wear resistance 6. Hydrolysis resistance and aging resistance
Waterproof coating: 1. Ductility 2. Aging resistance (with certain UV resistance) 3. Elongation 4. Temperature resistance (-35 to 140 degrees) 5. Adhesive strength 6. Impermeability 7. Green and environmentally friendly.
Adhesive: 1. Water resistant, medium resistant and non migratory 2. Freeze thaw resistant, high temperature resistant 3. Low temperature film-forming 4. No odor or harmful substances
Artificial leather: can significantly improve the flexibility of PVC and PU artificial leather (can be customized according to customers with a flash point higher than 195 ºC)
Polyurethane track: A plastic track made according to national standards with a thickness of 13mm, 9mm base adhesive, 2mm surface adhesive, and 2mm anti slip layer. It has a tensile strength of 1.5Mpa, a fracture elongation of 160, a compression recovery rate of 99%, a rebound rate of 35%, and is environmentally friendly and odorless.
