1. Introduction:
This machine is designed for pressing round or special shape tablets from various granules powder, for research and development in lab and to small-scale production.
Feature: it is a small desk-top continuous press machine driven by motor or man-power.Only one set of punch and die is mounted,The depth of filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted.

3. How to Use:
1). Before connected to electrical power,the motor should be connected to ground to ensure safety.First demolition the V-belt,connected to electrical power,starting the motor,observe motor rotation direction whether correct(Motor shaft rotation direction should be with the protective cover or hand-wheel in the opposite direction of the arrow).If the rotation in the wrong direction,another separate cable connection.Then make V-belt installed.
2). Unloading punch dies and adjustment of tablet press.
a). Installation punch dies.
b). Putting out the adjustment.
c). The adjustment of filling the depth(tablet weight adjusted).
d). Pressure adjustment.
e). die demolition.
