The perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) is a fluoropolymer with characteristics similar to PTFE and FEP. It is resistant to chemicals, cracks and stress in a wide range of extreme temperatures,which is commonly used in semiconductor, chemical fluid processing and wire/cable applications
