Multi Effect Scouring Agent GR-F101-2
It is combined by a variety of surfactants and special blue enzymes, high efficiency of low temperature refining and bleaching; it has same or more better gross efficiency and whiteness after scouring under conditions of [85ºC, 30-45 minutes] and [98ºC, 20-30 minutes] compared with the scouring effect under traditional process [98ºC, 30-60 points].
Small dosage and high gross efficiency; at least 50% improvement of gross efficiency compared with scouring by traditional refining agent.

- Can resist more than 100g/l caustic soda.

- Reduce the weight loss rate, the weight loss rate is about 4-5% after scouring, lower than the traditional 6-8%.
- Small force loss, low temperature refining, can reduce the influence on the fabrics strength under high temperature conditions.
- Reduce creases, the higher the temperature, the more likely to produce creases, less creases under 85ºC than 98ºC.

Be used for the pre-treatment process of cotton, human cotton and its blended knitwear and yarn.
PBY need to be added separately, dissolved and diluted before linear addition.
