Fluorescent pigment paste: Under natural light, fluorescent pigment paste particulates can reflect colorshine and transfer absorbed purple light to coloured light, thereby make fluorescent pigment very colorful. Fluorescent pigment will show its fluorescent effect more on white underlay, so please avoid using it with other dark colors.
