1.Application
JD-600-Z Automatic double head core shooting machine is used for making medium and small-size sand cores needed in auto, valve and lathe industry.Sand cores of any complexity can be produced,and are all precise in the size and are smooth in the surface.Notice that only coated resin sand (dry) can be used and the greatest weight of sand cores can be 16*2kg
JD-600-Z can save a lot of auxiliary equipment and can assure you of high production efficiency.Because the processes of sand filling and sand core compaction are finished in the same time and sand core will be hardened in the core box quickly. It takes only several seconds to produce the sand cores.And several sand cores can be produced in one cycle.
This machine doesn't provide any core-pulling function.It is of extra requirement by our customers.
