Polyethylene fiber PE ice touching filament is a medium-strength ice touching fiber developed for civil textiles, which is characterized by:
-The same heat transfer speed as steel, bringing an ice touching and reducing the temperature by 4 ºC
- Density less than 1, water absorption rate 0
- Resistant to acids and alkalis, UV rays
-Dirt on the surface is easy to clean
-It cannot be dyed and usually produces colored filaments
- Heating temperature 80-100 ºC
-The fabric feels soft and smooth, similar to silk
-antibacterial
According to the characteristics of fast heat transfer of polyethylene fiber, it can be used for textiles that cool down in summer, such as cooling mattresses, cool quilts, bed sheets, underwear, T-shirts, etc. Because the dirt on its surface is easy to clean, it does not absorb water, and it is resistant to acid and alkali, and can be used as mats, cleaning products, and filter materials.
