
Theobromine is a Light Brown Fine Powder, crystalline, odorless powder with a bitter taste that is the main alkaloid in cacao beans and chocolate. It is also found in small amounts in tea, mate, and kola nuts. Theobromine is a member of the methylxanthine class of chemical compounds, which also includes caffein* and theophylline.
