- Construction method
- Requirements for base surface: smooth, clean, ,firm,no stains or rust, no free water.
- Mix the paint evenly before using a spray brush, roller or brush.Do not dilute with water.Polyester nonwoven or fiberglass fabric is recommended for strengthening layer.
- Before constructing large area,use polyester nonwoven or fiberglass fabric to strengthen these details: pipe root,external corner,internal corner,contraction joint,outfall...
- Construction thickness and coating dosage:
Large area spraying:1-1.5kg/square meter(1.0 mm thickness)
Specific dosage is related to thickness and base layer.
- Each construction must wait for the upper coating dry,Do not soak the film until it is dry.Make sure the waterproof layer is completely dry before soaking in water.The drying time should be extended properly under the condition :low temperature ,high humidity,enclosed environment.
- The closed-water test must be carried out after the film is completely dried.
- Carry out construction and acceptance inspection in accordance with relevant national regulations.

- Do not construct when: the temperature is below 5ºC,the base is moist,wet weather.
- Stored in cool and dry place at 5-35ºC.
