1 Introduction
JJDH thermocouple electric welder is developed by famous domestic heat treatment temperature control manufacture. It is used for welding of technical grade B, C, E, J, K, R, S, T thermocouples, as well as suitable for users who use large amount of open interface thermocouple. The application scope include: commercial manufacturing, household electrical appliances, building, electronics, temperature measurement field, aviation, aerospace, metallurgical field, higher school, commodity inspection laboratory, pipe and sphere tank welding site. The welding thermocouple can also be used as auxiliary tool in heat treatment process of vessel, power station installation, boiler making, as well as the welding of other filamentous electronic element. Operation instructions
- connect the special-purpose smart charger to the main engine, when the red indicator lamp is on, it means in charging; when the yellow indicator lamp is on, it means the charging has completed.
- Insert the hawkbill in + socket, insert the ground in - socket, ensure that the connection is tight.
- Press the power button, the indicator lamp is on. Adjust the energy adjusting knob, the indicator lamp turns on; when the digital display screen is stable, you can weld the well-prepared thermocouple wire.
- Wear the protective glasses, clip the naked thermocouple wire by hawkbill, keep a 3-5mm distance between outer end of line and hawkbill, negative magnetic electrode(ground) closes to the welding position. Clip the line end with hawkbill head and slightly press at the welding position. When the discharge indicator lamp turns on, it will weld automatically after three seconds of delay, it does not need manual operation. After welding, release the hawkbill, it will charge to original voltage.
- The welder can weld 40 points for one charging. When turning on the power, the charge/discharge indicator lamp does not turns on for long time, the welder should be charged.
