The base of machine tool is made of resin sand cast, which is twice qualitative treated. There are three main parts: base, column and entering sliding table. Imported ball screw and guide rail are installed in every part, and it runs by the high-precision Servo Motor.
The base includes operating platform, Servo Motor, lubricating system, protecting cover, etc. The operating platform moves along the direction of X axis horizontally.
The column includes Servo Motor, counterweighing, etc. The entering sliding table moves up and down along the direction of Y axis.
The sliding table includes main axis and its motor gears, Servo Motor, anti-hunting support for gun drill and its automatic regulating device, gun drill guide and chip conveyor, stabilizer of hydraulic system, etc. The gun drill moves along the direction of Z axis horizontally.
The main axis part consists an axis kit. The main axis is driven by the gear belt wheels and make rotational motion. There is an imported high-speed and high-pressure rotary connector behind the main axis, in order to ensure no leakage of cutting oil when the main axis runs in high speed. There is also hydraulic overload protecting function, and the components can be well protected in case of any improper operation.
It is a special deep-hole drilling operating system, which is powerful, simple operating, stable and durable. Main advantages:
