Description:
The RD6 DIN mount monitoring protection relay for use in 3 phase sequence voltage, and monitors three phase AC supplies for incorrect phase sequence, phase failure and phase imbalance on systems up to 500V. In 3-phase networks, all phase parameters such as phase failure, phase sequence, and asymmetry should be monitored, RD6 is your best choice
The RD6 provides phase and phase sequence / failure protection. Used to ensure the sequence is correct when connecting 3 phase loads. With an incorrect phase sequence the relay will start to de-energise, preventing the starting of incorrectly connected machinery. The relay will also trip if there is a phase loss and can therefore be used as a phase failure relay.
Green LED indicate the phase sequence and will lit when direction of rotation is correct.
