Tilmicosin Soluble Powder 37.5%
[Main ingredients] Tilmicosin (C46H80N2O13).
[Properties] This product is white powder.
[Pharmacological action] Pharmacodynamics Tilmicosin is a semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic. Mainly against gram-positive bacteria, it is also effective against a few gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasma. The activity against Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella and Mycoplasma of livestock and poultry is stronger than Tylosin. 95% of Pasteurella hemolyticus strains are sensitive to this product.
Pharmacokinetics The 10-week-old Hailan gray layer was given 10 mg per 1 kg of body weight (based on active ingredients) once, and the plasma concentration reached the peak after 1.2 hours, Cmax was 0.759 μg/ml, T1/2 was about 31 hours, below the curve Area (AUC) is 16.95μg·h/ml
[Indications] Mainly used for chicken Mycoplasma infection and Pasteurella infection. Such as chicken air sacculitis, chronic respiratory disease.
[Usage and Dosage] Based on this product. Specification 37.5%, mixed drink: chicken, add 0.2g per 1L of water for 3 days.
[Adverse reactions] The toxic effect of this product on animals is mainly the cardiovascular system, which can cause tachycardia and weakened contractility.
[Precautions] Forbidden for laying hens during laying period.
[Withdrawal period] Chicken 10 days.
