Product Description
1. Applicatio Apply for Lead, tin, silver solder wire and solder bar extruding and so on. (1-5 cores flux solder wire and solid solder wire from diameter 100mm to 5mm)
Remark: 3 wire outlet together is for pure tin or pure lead wire. For wire with flux, we suggest 1 wire outlet.

It can also set the extruding module as 4 hours pre-heat. No waiting time, greatly enhance the output.
2.Adopt plunger type cylinder (Victory uniquely patented design), With sub oil vat inside the main oil vat design accompany with Victory stable hydraulic system design to make sure a uniform extruding process, has solved the problem of flux breakage from traditional extruder.
3.Extruding speed is much more uniform than normal extruder. Since we got two power motor for running the .main oil cylinder and side oil vat together. The sub motor can work at the same time as the main power working to accelerate the extruding pole's marching. This makes the extruding pole with Less idle running time than normal extruder. This greatly help the manufacture to make solder wire with higher density (especially the flux cored solder wire.)
4.Victory specially designed circulatory oil filer system keep the oil tank very clean, avoid the scraps damage the oil tank. Avoid the extruder damage, less maintenance time, stable running machine can make sure higher output and longer life span .
5.Special wearable extruding module and extruding pole. The quality of the extruding module and the extruding pole can influence the machine's life span and the solder wire's quality directly, we adopt special wearable material with many special process.
