Tn Series Water/Fuel/ Diesel/Level Sensor for Generator/Genset with Suction and Return Pipe Fuel Level Sensor Water Level Sensor

TN series sensors can measure the oil volume ofthe tank according to the actual shape of the tank, and the measurement ofthe sensor is completed bythe magnetic spring switch locatedin the level pipe. When the floating bucket moves on the electronic tube with the change ofliquid level, it will trigger the on-off of the magnetic spring switch, thus generating a certainimpedance. The resistance value at the output can be customized bythe customer. Since onlythe floating bucket ofthe whole sensor is a moving part, it can minimize the mechanical failureproblem. In addition, all sensors are insulated inside the tank, which can effectively play aprotective role.The TN series fuel sensors are  widely used in  light trucks /buses/boats/engineering machine ,etc.

Mounting:
According to different tank specifications size, select the appropriate flange
Usually, when the tank diameter of 40 ~ 43 mm, we can use the SAE-5 hole standard flange 
with M5 * 16 screws;
 When the tank diameters of 48~51mm, we can use the standard 6-hole flange with M5*16 
screws.
 In addition, different flange sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
