A: Our products are packed using standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer includes waterproof paper, the outer layer has iron packaging, and everything is fixed on a fumigation wooden pallet to ensure protection against corrosion and climate changes during ocean transportation.

A: Our online service hours conform to Beijing time: 8:00-22:00. After 22:00, we will respond to your inquiries the following working day.
