Fault 1: Laser welding machine suddenly stops working
Solution: Check whether the 3A fuse of the pre-burning plate is good, check whether there is a power outage; check whether the laser cavity is leaking.
Fault 2: Laser intensity weakens during the operation of the laser welding machine
Solution: Check whether there is water seepage on the end face of the laser rod. If so, stop the machine, re-tighten the sealing O-ring, and clean and maintain the end face of the rod; focus lens is contaminated and cleaned and maintained. Check whether the lens is fixed well.
Fault 3: During the operation of the laser welding machine, the buzzer sounds, and soon the power is cut off, and the cooling water temperature exceeds the upper limit setting temperature
Solution: Check whether the external circulation water valve is open and whether the water channel is unobstructed.
Fault 4: Start (power), (cooling), the switch is not powered
Solution: The water pressure switch does not work, unplug the water supply pipe to exhaust, and then plug the water supply pipe

Fault 5: The laser welding machine light cannot be lit
Solution: Check whether the pre-combustion board has 220V; whether the 3A fuse is good or not, whether the xenon lamp is good or not
Fault 6: Laser welding machine, the light is on, and the (automatic) state does not emit light
Solution: Check whether the 3A fuse on the large printed board is good or not; whether the connector is loose, and whether the working voltage is >200V
Fault 7: Turn the (voltage adjustment) knob, and the voltmeter has no indication
Solution: The intelligent thyristor rectifier module is damaged, the voltage regulator board is faulty, whether the feedback button is closed, and whether the connecting line is loose.
