TQ340/35 Casing tong is a hydraulic power equipment which can be used for making up or breaking out tubing screw thread when installing the tubing in the oil field work.
It adopts advanced tubing clamping technology, transmission system and safe controlling system, and is able to perform safe and effectiveclamping and making-up and breaking-out of tubing of different givenspecifications.
The high efficiency can reduce labor intensity , enhance jointingquality of tubing, and reduce accident which caused by improper operation.All features of TO340/35 is as follows:
1. It adopts advanced safeguard system (patent number is 201020522721.6), The input oil from the hydraulic system can be cut off automatically whenoperator open the safe door, and then the tongs will shut down, so it canguarantee operator's personal safety.
2. Using hydraulic cylinder drive when entering or exiting working position, it's fast and convenient.
3. It adopts out big ring transmission and multi-roller supporting, which thestrength and stiffness of tongs is increased substantially.
4. The tongs head of oscillating double jaw plate is made by precision casting, inthis way, not only the outline is beautiful, but also the strength is high and thedismounting is convenient. The perfect design can ensure that the clamping isreliable and the backslide is easy.
5. It adopts ribbon brake apparatus, and the brake moment is high. The operationis so easy that it's convenient to repair and change.
6. The main tongs is controlled by hydraulic pressure, and the backup tongs iscontrolled by air pressure. The main tongs and backup tongs is jointed by floattype structure, so the operation is very flexible.
7. It is convenient to manage computer with the hydraulic torque indicate gaugeand the installing joint of torquemeter.
