Rail grinding vehicle is a kind of special large-scale railway maintenance machine which can handle wave grinding, profile restoration and other grinding work in main line, vehicle base and auxiliary line.
Can eliminate rail surface rust, fatigue cracks, waves, wear-tear, deformation, spots, flash and other defects. With a variety of grinding modes, grinding operation is flexible, can be used for line maintenance, repair maintenance and switch maintenance. It has the function of automatic diagnosis, detection, query and alarm display of equipment fault.
The vehicle is composed of two carriages, which can running in both directions and have the ability of grinding in both directions. The
internal combustion engine is used to provide power source for the whole vehicle, and each car is equipped with a power system to realize power mutual protection.
