Cone shaped rubber roller correction device for mining conveyor belt introduction

The double-roller automatic lower correction device is designed to accommodate excessive forces encountered with wide belts

and heavy loads as well as belts with speeds of more than 4 m/s.

An external center pivot mechanism is designed to avoid the need for a single large roller and to enable concentric and bal

anced rotation.

This results in an extended bearing life and a very fast and effective correction system.

The split construction produces a highly sensitive corrective action, and the individual corrective rollers can be easily replaced in

the event of wear.

In addition, the double-roller automatic lower correction device provides the ability to set the angle of swing of the corrector.
