Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral carton, wooden case and tray. We also can pack the goods according to your instruction including out package and kinds of labels.
Q2. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 1 to 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3.What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually do T/T, L/C or Western Union,
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, but you will be always welcome to our company to inspect the goods before delivery

We can supply the samples if the samples are in stock,but the customers will pay the sample cost and the delivery cost(or freight collect)

About the inquiry list, we usually finish the quotation within 24 hours . If you are very urgent ,please inform us earlier. The prices are valid within 30 days.
