Tube chain conveyor is a continuous conveyor device with flexible driving component, it is in the material channel with sealed smooth and rectangle and tubular section,by means of the thrust force from the mobile chain disc,make the material and chain disc to be a continuous whole to convey.
Main structure
Tube chain conveyor is consist of tube body,chain disc,head wheel and tail wheel,feed inlet and discharge outlet,drive system and tension device.
Working principle
Tube chain conveyor is a continuous convey device for conveying bulk material,such as powder,small granule and small lump,in the sealed tube channel,take the material move along the tube channel by using chain piece for drive component
(1)Horizontally conveying
When conveying horizontally,material granule suffer the thrust from the direction of motion.When the friction between the material layers is bigger than the outer friction from tube wall ,the metrial will move forward then form the stable material stream by chain disc.
(2)Vertically conveying
When conveying vertically,the material granule in the tube suffer the upper thrust from chain disc,as down material feeding prevent the upper material glissade,cause the lateral side compression,increase the material inner friction.When the inner friction between the material layers is bigger than the friction from the inside tube and out wall and the self weight of the material,the material will convey upper by the chain disc ,form the continuous material stream.
