Ethanol/Alcohol Distillery Plant

2. We can design, manufacture, install and adjust the Fermenting and distillation Equipment Processing and stainless steel alcohol distiller which can produce 50L-1000000L alcohol (ethanol) per day.
3. We can use corn/maize, wheat, cassava, molasses, rice, potato, Chinese date, bagasse, beetroot, and sugar cane which contains starch or sugar material to produce alcohol/ethanol.
4. We can do the turn key system or section part of the alcohol/ ethanol production line.
5. We can improve and rebuild the old alcohol(ethanol) production line.
6. We can provide energy-saving advice and instruction on civil works.
You can choose a single distill tower to save money, 5 distill columns or more to get superfine quality alcohol(ethanol), or even higher ones.
The alcohol/ ethanol process mainly consists of Milling Section, Liquefaction section, saccharification
section, Fermentation, and Distillation sections, DDGS animal food sections, Multi-effect & MVR evaporation, dryer machinery, and wastewater treatment.
You can choose single distill tower to save money, also can choose 2-8 distill column to get good quality alcohol(ethanol).
