Process Description
2.Crystallization: The qualified dextrose after sterilization is sent to the crystallization section. After keeping crystallization at proper time, the crystal will be formed, and then the qualified crystal dextrose will be sent to the separation section.
3.Separation: Mother liquid will be separated in this section. After that, some of the mother liquid will go back to the decolorization tank, and the qualified crystal dextrose will be sent to drying section.
4.Drying: The crystal dextrose is sent to air dryer for making dry dextrose monohydrate product in which moisture should be less than 9%.
