Two Roll Rubber Open Mixing mill Short for Open Mill, it's one of the basic equipment for rubber product processing.
Application:
Plasticizing of raw rubber; Mixing of rubber compound; Warm mixing of mixed rubber and rubber supply; Pressing sheet of rubber material; Removal of impurities in the compound; Crushing and washing of raw rubber; Reclaimed rubber crushing, mixing, pressing sheet; Raw rubber pressing sheet, etc. In addition, it is also widely used in plastic processing and paint pigment industrial production.
This machine is used to mix raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastic or E.V.A. with chemicals to make a uniform material. The uniform material can be fed to a calender, hot press or other processing machinery to make rubber or plastic products. The single output reducer, the rolling bearing structure, the roller can be a boring groove roller or drilling groove roller. Electrical control:
