Product Brief Inroduction
Two Roll Rubber Open Mixing mill Short for Open Mill, it's one of the basic equipment for rubber product processing.
Application:
Plasticizing of raw rubber; Mixing of rubber compound; Warm mixing of mixed rubber and rubber supply; Pressing sheet of rubber material; Removal of impurities in the compound; Crushing and washing of raw rubber; Reclaimed rubber crushing, mixing, pressing sheet; Raw rubber pressing sheet, etc. In addition, it is also widely used in plastic processing and paint pigment industrial production.
This machine is used to mix raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastic or E.V.A. with chemicals to make a uniform material. The uniform material can be fed to a calender, hot press or other processing machinery to make rubber or plastic products. The single output reducer, the rolling bearing structure, the roller can be a boring groove roller or drilling groove roller. According to the scope of application, it can be used for mixing, refining or pressing sheet, etc. The company can provide raw materials mixer according to customer requirements to reduce labor intensity.

Electrical control:
The main low-voltage electrical components are adopted Chint Electric or De Lixi. It is mainly composed of a motor, a limit switch, an electrical control cabinet and an operation box installed next to the machine body. To meet the starting operation and braking of each transmission motor.
The motor adopts star-triangle step-down starting, point reversal and reverse braking system for emergency stopping. The connection adopts the double interlock of mechanical and electrical, which is safe and reliable.
The machine adopts contactor for zero voltage protection, air switch and circuit breaker for short circuit protection, thermal relay for overload protection.
