TZY Ceramic tile flatness, squareness, side straight tester
The instrument is used for testing all kinds of wall tiles, floor tile size and shape characteristics, the measured parameters including tile edge straight degree, straight Angle, roughness and so on several indicators. This tester is in line with the size and surface quality inspection on ceramic tile in GB/T3810.2-2006, and EN ISO 10545-2 "ceramic tile - size and surface quality inspection" ASTM C485 "Measuring Warpage of Ceramic Tile" requirement. It is ceramic tile manufacturers and quality testing department ideal testing instrument.
Main technical parameters:
1. Measuring accuracy: ± 0.01 (mm) with 6 dial gauges;
2. Measuring range: 60×60~600×600/800×800/1000×1000(mm).
3. User choose the calibration plates (customize)
*4. Can customize digital gauges connect and down load measuring data to computer.
Note: the above instrument must equipped with the following calibration plates to use according to your sample, one-on-one calibration plate size and sample size:
