U-shaped Box Girder Assembly Machine CYUBZ-12, 15
This machine is mainly used for the assembly of U-shaped and box-shaped girders (columns).
The workpiece is placed on a workpiece platform consisting of multiple roller conveyors.
The belly plate and wing plate of the workpiece are pressed by the upper pressing cylinder and side pressing cylinder on the gantry, and partial spot welding is performed after pressing.
The entire length of the workpiece is spot-welded within the full range by moving the gantry.
After spot welding is completed, the workpiece is transported to the next tack welding process or electro-slag welding process via the conveyor rollers.
