Wear Resistant Polyethylene Self-lubrication Lining Sheet

UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) lining sheets assist to reduce typical flow problems of bulk solids in bins, hoppers, chutes, truck beds and other applications. However, every application, brings with it unique challenges and places special demands on the plastic lining materials.

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) lining sheet is a strong, durable, lightweight, and chemically resistant plastic material popular for a variety of applications. HDPE sheet is easy to fabricate and weld using thermoplastic welding equipment making it an excellent choice. The wear resistance of HDPE sheet is slightly lower than that of UHMWPE sheet, but its advantage is that it's cheap, and the cost is reduced, easy to replace, so it is also a good choice as a anti-wear parts.
