Rigid polyvinyl chloride drainage pipe fittings are plastic products made of PVC-U resin as the mainraw material and added with special additives through extrusion or injection molding.Mainly used inconstruction drainage system.
This series of products have the following characteristics:
Good physical and mechanical properties : PVC-U pipe tensile yield strength>43Mpa, Vicat softeningtemperature>79ºC, flat test to the outer diameter 1/2 without cracking, longitudinal shrinkage rate<3%, pipe fittings Vicat softening temperature> There is no rupture in the drop test at 77°C and o°c.Excellent chemical resistance : PVC-U pipe has excellent acid and alkali resistance and corrosionresistance, which is very suitable for the chemical industry.
Low fluid resistance : The inner wall of PVC-U pipe is smooth, and its roughness coefficient is only0.009, so the fluid resistance is small, and the flow rate is 30% higher than that of cast iron pipes ofthe same diameter.At present they are widelyused in factoy buidings realestate, and municipal engineering.
