Application
Tinogard TL Equivalent Benzotriazolyl Dodecyl p-Cresol (UV-571) acts as a UV light stabilizer and absorber. It protects from UV-
light induced decomposition reactions and thus prevents fading or discoloration of products that are exposed to light.
Tinogard TL Equivalent Benzotriazolyl Dodecyl p-Cresol (UV-571) is used in after-shaves, antiperspirants & deodorants, body-,
color & face care products, conditioning, face cleansing, liquid soaps, shampoos, styling and shower/bath products.
Tinogard TL Equivalent Benzotriazolyl Dodecyl p-Cresol (UV-571) has good thermal stability and compatibility with various polymers;
Can be widely used in thermoplastic PUR, coatings and foams, can be used in rigid and plasticized PVC, PVB, PMMA, PVDC,
EVOH, EVA, thermosetting unsaturated resins and coils of PA, PET and PUR, and PP fiber. Benzotriazolyl Dodecyl p-Cresol (UV-
571) is also suitable for latexes, waxes, adhesives, homogeneous polystyrene and its copolymers, elastomers and polyolefins.
