Polyurethane oil seals are mainly used in hydraulic cylinders, which are easy to install and can scrape off dust adhering to the piston rod. The green polyurethane oil seal has slightly lower hardness, while the blue one has higher hardness and can withstand greater pressure. Polyurethane oil seals have excellent physical and mechanical properties, wear resistance, and oil resistance, making them suitable for the most demanding working conditions. They effectively prevent the entry of external impurities, thereby achieving excellent sealing performance. They are the most commonly used sealing components in medium and high pressure hydraulic cylinders.

Proper use of Polyurethane seal,should pay attention to the following points:
1. Improve lubrication quality, control oil pressure, temperature and flow, and strengthen oil filtering.
2. Use fuel and lubricants that meet the requirements.
3. In order to control the temperature state of the diesel generator set, it is not suitable to work under the condition of overcooling or overheating. In cold weather, the diesel engine should be preheated before starting, and the crankshaft should be turned by hand to allow the oil to enter the friction surface.
4. The surface quality of the piston rod and journal should be strictly guaranteed.
5. The piston rod clearance should be appropriate. If the generator set is too large, it will cause an impact, and if the generator set is too small, the lubricity will deteriorate.
