Magnetic bars are usually made of SUS304, SUS316 or SUS 316L tubes filled with permanent magnets by specialized design. Either round or square shape bars are available for customers' requirements for special applications.

Size: Our standard magnetic bar is 25 mm (1 inch) in diameter and any length per customers' request up to 2500mm, the diameter of round magnetic bar can be smallest 10 mm and largest 101.6 mm.

Working Temperature: Our ordinary temperature is 80 Celsius degree, but if demand, we can make up to 350 Celsius degree to meet your special applications

Special ends: Nailhead, eye nuts, thread hole, thread rod and other kind of ends.

Magnetic Force: Specific to every customer's requirement. The highest magnetic strength for Dia. 25 mm magnetic bar can achieve 12, 000 GS.
