Application Scope:
Vacuum pressure impregnation plant for capacitor is mainly applied to the impregnation treatment of electrical products such as: capacitor, special electronic component, etc.
Under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation, capacitor or special electronic component is dehydrated and degassed in the vacuum stage to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the pressure impregnation stage, the inner insulation structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve electrical performance.
Vacuum pressure impregnation plant is also applied in material industry and is used for material modification and structure improvement to increase material performance. Materials, like graphite product, engine casing, firebrick and timber, can be improved in compactness, strength and resistance under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation. In the same way, vacuum pressure impregnation can completely solve the problem of micro leakage appearing in automobile engine casting and high pressure valve, raising the product pass rate and eliminating the leakage problems of workpiece. Impregnated by different varnish (like pitch and preservative), firebrick and timber can change the material characteristics to achieve various effects.
