Application Scope:
Vacuum pressure impregnation plant for high voltage motor is mainly applied to the vacuum pressure impregnation treatment of high voltage motor and wind power motor.
Under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation, motor is dehydrated and degassed in the vacuum stage to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the pressure impregnation stage, the inner insulation structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve electrical performance.

Technology Advantages: We have been devoted to development of process flow and configuration for different kinds of impregnation equipment since our company's establishment in 1992. And we successfully developed a series of vacuum pressure impregnation plants: automatic vacuum pressure impregnation plant in 1994 in South Wuchang Locomotive Depot; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for traction motor in 2000 in Yongji Electric Factory; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for large wind power in 2008 in Xian Dunan Motor and Jiangte Motor; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for auto motor in 2011 in BYD Auto Motor. In 2007, we hosted the drafting of national standard for Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant (JB/6923-2007).
Impregnation tank belongs to pressure vessel as well as special equipment used under state supervision. Consequently, "safety, efficiency, energy saving, innovation" is our design concept. Our design selection, manufacture and installation are implemented on advanced international standard. Various protective measures of safety interlock are kept in place to ensure the reliability and security of our products. At install time, we report to local pressure vessel supervision department for the record to make sure the customer properly use the products in lawful way.
