Application Scope:
Vacuum pressure impregnation plant for large motor is mainly applied to the vacuum pressure impregnation treatment of large motor and wind power electric generator.
Under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation, stator or rotor of large motor is dehydrated and degassed in the vacuum stage to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the pressure impregnation stage, the inner insulation structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve electrical performance.

And we successfully developed a series of vacuum pressure impregnation plants: automatic vacuum pressure impregnation plant in 1994; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for traction motor in 2000; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for large motor in 2008; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for auto motor in 2011 in BYD Auto Motor. In 2007, we hosted the drafting of international standard for Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant (JB/6923-2007). Kaixuan's equipments have advantages on technology maturity, rational configuration, complete protective measure for safety interlock, energy saving for operation.
Impregnation tank belongs to pressure vessel as well as special equipment. For reliability and security, we set various protective measures of safety interlock.
