Application Scope:
Vacuum pressure impregnation plant for transformer is mainly applied to the vacuum pressure impregnation treatment of electrical products such as: dry type transformer with H class insulation, electric reactor, and coil with electromagnetic compatibility, etc.
Under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation, the product is dehydrated and degassed in the vacuum stage to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the pressure impregnation stage, the inner insulation structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve electrical performance.
